Lease Prices:
Leasing a horse at Secret Pride Stables is a great way to spend more time at the farm and enjoy quality time with your favorite horse while not riding in a lesson. All lessors must be capable of handling and tacking their horse unnassisted and be able to walk, trot and canter. If our SPS horses schedules allow, single lease rides are avaialable to our SPS students. While our horses have their own tack, it is required that you have your own personal helmet.
LEASE OPTIONS:
Rainer: 15.2 paint gelding, requires a knowledgeable intermediate rider. w/t/c o/f.
Nova: 15h andalusian cross mare, requires a knowledgeable rider. w/t/c, working on canter, does not jump.
Jovi: 16h OTTB mare. Requires experienced rider, very green.
Savvy: 15.3 Percheron/Morgan mare. Requires a knowledgeable intermediate rider. Prefers to ride bareback.
Jovi: 16h OTTB mare. Jovi is a very sweet thoroughbred mare. She is still very green and high energy and is currently being ridden at the walk with small trots. She is basically being restarted as if she has just come off the track. She has walk/trot/cantered and gone over poles but has many gaps in her training which makes her currently an unsuitable lesson horse. Jovi would benefit from a soft/skilled patient rider/handler that wants to take their time and has the abilities to train a horse as if they are just being started. Jovi is also available for sale, $3000
Savvy: 15.3 Percheron/Morgan mare. Savvy can ride with a saddle but prefers to ride bareback. She is a smooth connected ride and has basic dressage training and would prefer a soft rider with a dressage background. Savvy is a great walk/trot ride and has a great understanding of lateral movements. She canters on both leads but needs to work on connection, rhthym and balance.
