Tryouts for the 2025/2026 IEA season will be in JULY!

Huntseat Team
The team is a great way to excel in riding as well as an affordable way to participate in horse shows. You do not need your own horse to join or compete as we have plenty. At competition, horses are supplied by the horse show host team! This is a wonderful oppurtunity to ride many different horses!
Weekly practices are $40.
Here are some Guidelines to consider when you sign up for IEA:
There are both Middle and High School Teams and we try to place one team member in each division for the season so we have a "Team"
The show calendar (August - February) is subject to change so you may need to be flexible when considering what shows to participate in
Each rider must compete in 5 shows in order for their points count and accumulate an individual point total of 18 points to qualify for regionals
Each team must accumulate 20 points to qualify for regionals as a Team
At each show the coaches choose a point rider for each class - this rider helps the team accumulate points for that show
It is important to attend shows as a team so we are more successful!
While we recommend our riders attend our weekly lessons, it is required that you ride in at least two lessons a month and mandatory to participate in the lesson before a show
We encourage our team to be good team players, committed, and active throughout the whole show season
